• Welcome and engage guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner

• Present menus confidently, highlighting daily specials and making tailored

recommendations

• Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the

kitchen and bar teams

• Serve food and beverages with precision, attention to detail, and personalized

service

• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience

• Proactively handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns in a professional

manner

• Manage billing and process payments accurately and efficiently

• Ensure tables are properly set, maintained, and presented according to service

standards

• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow

• Stay updated on menu changes, seasonal offerings, and special events

• Support the training and guidance of junior waiters when required

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards in the dining area
