Technical Account Manager Lead at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Technical Account Manager Lead.

Salary:

– €35,000–46,420 per year.

Employment type:

– Full-time, permanent.

Work arrangement:

– Hybrid in Nicosia, combining office and home working.

Main duties:

– Lead technical discussions for high-value accounts and act as trusted adviser.

– Define account-specific technical strategies aligned with client roadmaps and growth.

– Lead requirements gathering and gap analysis against system and product capabilities.

– Advise on payment processing and technical solution options.

– Coordinate delivery, product and sales teams and mentor colleagues.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

– At least seven years in technical account management, client-facing technology, payments, software or IT.

– Strong requirements, solutioning, stakeholder-management and leadership skills.

– Payment-industry, international-account and cross-functional delivery experience are advantageous.

– Advanced Excel and willingness to travel to clients are useful.
