We are expanding our mobile app marketing efforts and looking for an experienced Team Lead / Head of User Acquisition to lead our Facebook and Google ad buying strategy.

Daily challenges and tasks

Key knowledge and skills

• Build UA from scratch: Develop and execute Facebook/Google acquisition strategies for our mobile apps.
• Team leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of media buyers.
• Optimization & scaling: Continuously analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and scale acquisition efforts.
• Creative strategy: Work closely with designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Growth & expansion: Identify new opportunities for scaling, including new apps and acquisition channels.
• 3+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition (Facebook, Google UAC).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance marketing.
• Proven ability to build and lead a UA team.
• Experience with high daily ad budgets ($10K+).
• Knowledge of tracking, attribution, and ad fraud prevention.
