Social Media and Marketing Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media advertising policy

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and draft the company’s Social Media Advertising Policy, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, legal, and ethical guidelines
• Create, edit, and publish engaging multimedia content (text, images, videos, etc.) tailored for each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate with Management Team to maintain brand consistency
• Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and coordinated social media publishing
• Respond to audience interactions, comments, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and performance analytics
• Experience using platforms like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, Buffer, or similar tools
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with social media advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital branding
• Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus
