Main duties:

Develop initiatives to attract customers, increase store traffic and grow sales through workshops, parties, school visits, corporate events and product sales.
Research markets and competitors and propose actions to improve turnover and profitability locally and internationally.
Approach schools, retailers, companies and other organisations for product or service adoption and resale.
Assess potential locations for owned or franchised stores and coordinate contracts, permits, layouts, contractors and suppliers.
Run daily store operations, budgets, financial records, cash flow, POS systems and operational technology.
Maintain health-and-safety compliance, stock control and timely replenishment.
Take a hands-on role in customer service, product demonstrations, sales and POS transactions.
Recruit, train, manage and assess staff across stores and partner locations.
Organise schedules, monitor performance and implement staff-development plans.
Manage relationships with parents, schools and corporate partners and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Requirements:

Proven experience in store management, business development and team leadership.
Strong knowledge of KPIs, sales strategy, marketing planning and financial management.
Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage several projects, stores and partners simultaneously.
Experience with POS and business software.
Strong customer-service, presentation and sales skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative and remain hands-on in daily operations.
