Senior Lawyer at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Senior Lawyer.

Salary:

– €3,300–€5,800 gross per month

Employment type:

– Full-time

Work arrangement:

– On-site in Limassol

Main duties:

– Advise corporate administrators on company-law matters and prepare constitutional documents, minutes, resolutions and powers of attorney.

– Draft, review and negotiate share-purchase, subscription, option, loan and shareholder agreements.

– Attend court, execute affidavits and obtain orders for incorporations, restructurings, mergers, re-domiciliations and related corporate procedures.

– Support the establishment and administration of trusts and advise on transaction structures under Cyprus law.

– Provide practical legal guidance on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.

Requirements:

– Law degree and current membership of the Cyprus Bar Association.

– At least five years of relevant corporate and commercial experience, preferably in a law firm or administrative-services provider.

– Excellent legal drafting, organisation and time-management skills.

– Fluency in Greek and English with strong professional communication.
