Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Store Manager.

Salary:

• €1,750–€2,200 monthly

Work arrangement:

• On-site

Main duties:

• Oversee the store’s daily financial and administrative requirements.
• Run operations efficiently to support profitability, sales turnover, market share and other operational goals.
• Lead and motivate a team of up to 12 people.
• Support all store functions when needed, including food preparation and cleaning.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team-management ability.
• Reliable, hardworking approach and willingness to participate in every store function.
• Cheerful disposition and excellent communication skills.
