Operations Manager (Multi-Site) at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Operations Manager (Multi-Site).

Salary:

– €2,000–3,000 per month.

Employment type:

– Full-time.

Work arrangement:

– On-site, multi-site role based in Limassol.

Main duties:

– Coordinate stock and order movement between the central warehouse and two retail locations to prevent operational downtime.

– Manage meal-preparation services and organise high-volume catering orders, protecting delivery times and quality.

– Maintain consistent quality standards for beverages and healthy meals across locations.

– Recruit and train new staff, prepare schedules and ensure service standards are followed.

– Support two franchise partners and monitor adherence to operating procedures.

– Manage health and safety requirements, including health-certificate applications and renewals, and maintain general administrative organisation.

Requirements:

– Experience in operations, area management or logistics within food and beverage.

– Ability to manage warehouse, retail and production functions simultaneously.

– Strong organisation, leadership and problem-solving.

– Valid driving licence for travel between sites.

– Fluent English.
