Store Manager at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Store Manager.

Salary:

• €2,000–€2,200 monthly

Employment type:

• Full-time

Work arrangement:

• On-site in Nicosia.

Main duties:

• Lead day-to-day store operations and performance in line with operational standards, policies and values.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans to meet business, financial and commercial targets.
• Manage staffing, schedules, responsibilities and other store resources.
• Lead, coach and train the team, monitor performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain excellent customer service and use feedback and local insight to improve the customer experience.
• Oversee cash, inventory, equipment and protection of store assets.
• Maintain compliance with employment law, internal procedures, health and safety requirements and company initiatives.

Requirements:

• At least four years of management experience with responsibility for a store and team.
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of food-and-beverage store operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, organisation and planning.
• Analytical use of business and financial data and experience meeting commercial targets.
• Problem-solving, adaptability and fluent English.
