Store Manager at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Store Manager.

Salary:

• €1,900 monthly

Work arrangement:

• On-site kitchen and store role in Lakatamia

Main duties:

• Oversee daily shared-kitchen operations, opening procedures, hygiene and equipment checks.
• Monitor food-safety controls, fridge temperatures, cleaning and H&S, HACCP and ISO routines.
• Audit stock and sales, place supplier orders and inspect deliveries for quality and temperature.
• Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance and overtime and train and motivate the team.
• Support kitchen production and service during the peak period and protect menu availability.
• Monitor customer reviews, waste, maintenance and store-care tasks.

Requirements:

• Experience in a restaurant-management, supervisory or comparable operational role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Hands-on approach to kitchen operations, customer service and team support.

Schedule:

• Monday–Saturday, 08:00–16:00.
• Active kitchen support during the 11:30–14:30 peak period.
