Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit an accomplished and forward-thinking Sous Chef to join a landmark luxury hotel in Ayia Napa, Cyprus — a destination defined by refined gastronomy, international standards and a commitment to culinary excellence.

This is a key leadership role for a professional who thrives in high-performance kitchens, values consistency and quality, and enjoys shaping memorable dining experiences for a diverse, international clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
  • Ensure exceptional food quality, consistency and presentation across outlets
  • Lead, train and motivate kitchen teams during service
  • Assist in menu execution, kitchen organization and workflow efficiency
  • Monitor stock, food costs and waste control
  • Ensure full compliance with HACCP, health, safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role
  • Strong culinary background with excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage teams and perform under pressure
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • High attention to detail and passion for delivering top-level cuisine
  • Experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants will be considered a strong advantage
