Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality coffees, fresh beverages, cocktails, wines and spirits according to company standards.
Ensure excellent guest service by creating a warm, professional and engaging atmosphere at the bar and pool area.
Take beverage and food orders accurately, recommend menu items and upsell when appropriate.
Actively participate in restaurant and pool service, supporting the service team by delivering drinks and food, clearing tables and assisting guests during service hours.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Keep the bar area clean, organized and fully stocked at all times.
Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control and report shortages or ordering needs.
Follow all hygiene, health and safety regulations.
Handle guest requests and complaints politely and efficiently, always aiming for guest satisfaction.
Contribute ideas for signature cocktails, seasonal beverages and service improvement.
