Sous Chef at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Sous Chef.

Salary:

– €2,500–€2,800 gross per month

Employment type:

– Full-time

Work arrangement:

– On-site at a hotel in Limassol

Main duties:

– Supervise lunch and dinner service and make timely operational decisions during busy periods.

– Order and manage food supplies, storage, freshness and kitchen organisation.

– Oversee staff meals and maintain consistent quality and portion standards.

– Keep the kitchen, pastry section and support areas clean and compliant.

– Coordinate with chefs de partie to execute menus and maintain service quality.

Requirements:

– Diploma in Food Production from a hotel school or substantial hands-on experience in a comparable role.

– Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health-and-safety standards.

– Leadership, organisation and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

– Fluency in Greek and English.
