Senior People & Culture Manager at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Senior People & Culture Manager.

Salary:

– €38,000–€45,000 gross per year

Work arrangement:

– Flexible hybrid arrangement with a designated Cyprus location

Main duties:

– Translate the People & Culture strategy into practical plans, accountable ownership and measurable delivery.

– Advise managers and senior leaders on performance, employee relations, policies, career development and complex people decisions.

– Own performance management, recruitment, reward, pay-transparency readiness, job architecture and employment-governance processes.

– Use people analytics, HR systems and employee feedback to identify risks and improve workforce, capability and succession planning.

– Lead and develop the People & Culture team and oversee learning, engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and employer-value initiatives.

Requirements:

– Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Employment Relations, Business or equivalent professional experience.

– Substantial progressive HR experience with independent ownership of several core People & Culture areas.

– Strong working knowledge of Cyprus employment law and practical HR-policy application.

– Experience leading others, advising senior stakeholders and using people data to guide decisions.

– Excellent professional Greek and English and confidence with HR systems and digital collaboration tools.
