What You’ll Do:

 As a Senior Product Owner – Trading Platforms, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing features, enhancements, and overall roadmap for our trading platforms. You will collaborate with external stakeholders, internal development teams, UX designers and end-users to ensure the platform aligns with business goals and meets customer needs.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for IC Markets’ trading platforms, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Gather and analyze, competition, market trends, customer feedback, and business requirements to define product features and enhancements.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
• Conduct regular sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder updates.
• Work with the development team to establish a clear definition of “done” and plan release cycles.
• Work closely with other Business Analysts, development teams, designers, and QA to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Continuously optimize the trading platform for performance, usability, and competitive differentiation.
• Monitor product performance through analytics and user feedback, making data-driven decisions for improvements.
• Ensure stakeholders formally approve development deliverables before release to production.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing and support teams to ensure smooth product adoption and customer experience.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and security best practices within the platform.

 

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager within the financial services or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, CTrader, DevExperts,TradingView.
• Good understanding of forex, CFDs, and financial markets.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a proven track record of delivering software products.
• Knowledge of APIs, trading technologies, and platform integrations is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive product decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial trading is an advantage.
