What You’ll Do:
As the Senior Product Owner – CRM, you will take ownership of our Salesforce-based CRM and back-office ecosystem. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to understand their workflows, gather requirements, and deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions that support acquisition, onboarding, compliance, and ongoing client engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for IC Markets’ CRM, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders such as Sales, Compliance, Client Support, and Marketing teams for CRM needs and improvements.
- Gather and analyze, competition, market trends, customer feedback, and business requirements to define product features and enhancements.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
- Conduct regular sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder updates.
- Work with the development team to establish a clear definition of “done” and plan release cycles.
- Work closely with other Product Owners, development teams, designers, and QA to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline internal processes and reduce manual effort.
- Design and implement enhancements that improve lead management, case resolution, KYC/AML processes, and campaign execution.
- Ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience for internal users across different business functions.
- Ensure stakeholders formally approve development deliverables before release to production.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing and support teams to ensure smooth product adoption and customer experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain and enforce best practices within Salesforce (e.g., data integrity, automation, user roles, integrations).
- Design and optimize custom Salesforce objects, flows, and dashboards to provide real-time visibility across Sales, Compliance, and Support functions for improved decision-making.
- Monitor CRM performance and user feedback, and iterate based on analytics and KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, CRM Product Manager within a forex, fintech, or financial services
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including providing solutions, defining workflows, and creating reports.
- Proven track record of supporting Sales, Compliance, Support, and/or Marketing through CRM tools and process automation.
- Experience integrating CRM systems with third-party tools such as email platforms, KYC providers, or payment systems is a plus.
- Understanding of back-office operations in a regulated financial environment.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to use dashboards and reports to make data-driven decisions.
- Salesforce certifications are considered a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday – 09:00 to 17:00
