Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Senior Java Developer (CMS & Integrations).

Salary:

• €59,400–€72,600 per year

Main duties:

• Develop Java 18–25 and Spring Boot services for iGaming content management, configuration and player-facing applications.
• Integrate Strapi and related systems for games, providers, categories, promotions and localisation.
• Build integrations with gaming, identity, analytics and notification services.
• Apply SOLID and domain-driven design to services using PostgreSQL or MySQL, JPA, Redis, Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Implement JWT and OAuth controls, key and token handling, digital signatures, encryption and OWASP practices.
• Create automated tests and maintain Maven or Gradle, artifact-repository, CI/CD, Docker and cloud workflows.
• Improve resilience, circuit breakers, monitoring and performance and lead root-cause analysis and refactoring.
• Maintain OpenAPI documentation, review code and mentor engineers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Between 4 and 8 years of professional Java development with strong Spring expertise.
• Experience with relational databases, caching, message brokers and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of secure API design, automated testing, containerised delivery and observability.
• Experience with a headless CMS, ideally Strapi, and third-party integrations.
• iGaming experience is desirable.
