ICAP Executive Search , on behalf of its client, a leading international industrial organization with a strong manufacturing footprint and a well-established presence in multiple markets, is seeking an experienced professional to join its team as: Manufacturing Manager / Xanthi (6316/MM/ESS/GR) About the Role The Manufacturing Manager will play a pivotal role in the successful operation of the manufacturing site, combining operational oversight with business-oriented decision-making and people leadership.
The role will be responsible for aligning manufacturing activities with business priorities, optimizing resource allocation and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Ensure the effective execution of production plans in line with business priorities and established operational targets.
Allocate workforce, equipment and materials according to production requirements.
Oversee manufacturing budgets, monitor expenditure and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Lead, coach and develop manufacturing teams, establishing clear performance expectations and supporting professional growth.
Drive the adoption of automation and modern manufacturing practices to strengthen the site’s capabilities.
Analyze manufacturing KPIs, identify deviations and implement appropriate corrective measures.
Ensure adherence to Health & Safety, environmental, quality and regulatory standards.
Partner with Engineering, R&D, Quality and Maintenance to facilitate new product introductions, technological developments and process enhancements.
