Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Senior Hair Stylist / Salon Manager.

Salary:

• € 1,600 – 2,000 / month

Employment type:

• Full-time

Work arrangement:

• On-site in Paphos

Main duties:

• Deliver professional hairdressing services, including hair-extension work.
• Manage and support the salon team and prepare staff rotas.
• Maintain customer-service standards and resolve client issues.
• Control stock levels and coordinate purchasing.
• Handle routine financial administration and reporting.
• Support recruitment, staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activity.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for business development.

Requirements:

• Strong practical hairdressing experience, including hair extensions.
• Previous salon experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Leadership and team-management capability.
• Strong organisation and commercial awareness.
• Confident communication and decision-making skills.
• Eligibility for registration as a hairdresser in Cyprus.
• Previous management experience is useful but not essential.
