Senior Accounting Executive

About the company and the role.
Our client is a multinational commercial company , with regional headquarters in Thessaloniki.
We’re looking for a Senior Accounting Executive to support the Finance Controller – based in another European entity – with day-to-day accounting, statutory reporting, and audits.
What you will do: Support the Finance Controller in the day-to-day accounting and controlling work, focusing on international subsidiaries and partially supporting the Greek entity.
Contribute in the preparation annual financial statements in line with Greek and International Financial Reporting Standards.
Handle statutory reporting and regulatory filings on time.
Run financial and profitability analysis, and support group consolidation and inter-company reconciliations.
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, including KPI dashboards for leadership.
Work closely with tax advisors, auditors, and finance colleagues to assure compliance.
