Senior Accountant at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Senior Accountant.

Salary:

– €1,700–2,200 per month.

Employment type:

– Full-time.

Work arrangement:

– On-site in Larnaka.

Main duties:

– Oversee accounting records and financial transactions.

– Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports.

– Prepare and submit tax returns including IR7, IR614 and IR1.

– Manage VAT calculations, filings and compliance.

– Process payroll and related statutory obligations.

– Complete bank and supplier reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.

– Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.

– Build detailed Excel reports, assist audits and monitor cash flow.

Requirements:

– Degree in Accounting or Finance, semi-qualified ACCA status or LCCI Higher.

– At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably at senior level.

– Strong VAT and payroll knowledge.

– Accounting-software proficiency; Cycom Sophia is preferred.

– Advanced Excel, analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.

– Excellent accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
