Security Guard at Adams Beach Hotel

We are seeking a reliable, vigilant, and professional Security Guard to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests, employees, and property while upholding the high hospitality standards of our hotel.

 Key Responsibilities

• Security & Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of outdoor areas, guest floors, and public spaces to ensure safety, orderliness, and cleanliness.
• Access Control: Ensure all storage rooms, shops, and designated hotel areas are securely locked.
• Surveillance: Monitor the CCTV system, report suspicious activity to the Hotel Manager, and accurately record incidents in the department Logbook.
• Emergency Response: Inspect emergency exit doors to ensure they are functional and assist with releasing trapped individuals from elevators during emergencies.
• Traffic Management: Control vehicle traffic and manage parking spaces on the property.
• Compliance & Order: Ensure hotel regulations are respected by both staff and guests, contributing actively to maintaining overall order.
• Facilities Monitoring: Check public area lighting and report operational issues.
• Reporting: Keep hotel management fully informed of incidents, observations, and developments affecting operations or guests.

Requirements & Core Competencies

• High School Graduate.
• Fluency in both Greek and English is required.
• Good physical condition to handle walking patrols and emergency response duties.
• Pleasant, approachable, and friendly demeanor suited for a hospitality environment.
