As a Receptionist , you will assist in the smooth running of the office with duties such as: Welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner Manage the front desk and ensure the reception area is always tidy, organized, and presentable Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails appropriately Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, packages, and deliveries Schedule appointments, meetings, and support meeting room bookings where needed Provide general administrative support Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment orders Support internal teams with day-to-day office coordination tasks Ensure visitor management and access procedures are followed Assist with ad hoc administrative duties to support smooth office operations
