Sea Freight – Customer Service Administrator at Kazoulis Global Logistics Ltd
Kazoulis Global Logistics Ltd is seeking to recruit a Sea Freight – Customer Service Administrator.
Responsibilities:
· Handle rate requests & bookings with agents and shipping lines
· Update system with cargo manifests
· Communication with shipping lines
· Preparation of customer & Customs documents (T2L, shippers invoices, packing lists, bill of lading)
· Invoicing of clients
· Carry out any other assignment that the management will find appropriate to the Sea Freight Administrator job.
Requirements:
- Working experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of Freightplus & Customs system-Theseas, will be considered an advantage
- Good communication skills of both English and Greek languages
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Accuracy and an eye for detail
- Good knowledge of MS Office
