Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Sales Retention Agent – Portuguese or Arabic.

Salary:

– €3,500–€3,600 per month

Work arrangement:

Main duties:

– Promote FX and CFD products to existing and prospective clients

– Convert leads and strengthen long-term client relationships

– Provide ongoing service support and market information

– Handle objections and work within compliance requirements

Requirements:

– Native or fluent Arabic or Portuguese and at least B2 English

– Mandatory forex or CFD retention experience

– Strong negotiation target focus and CRM skills

– Knowledge of trading platforms and financial markets
