Role DescriptionThe Risk Manager role is a full-time (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm), on-site role based in Limassol, responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the firm’s risk management policies and ensuring full regulatory compliance with CySEC and EU frameworks.

• What you’ll do:Design, implement, and continuously refine the company’s risk management framework, policies, and risk appetite parameters.
• Monitor market, credit, operational, liquidity, and counterparty risks, ensuring robust capital adequacy assessment and reporting.
• Prepare and submit accurate periodic risk reports to CySEC and the Board of Directors.
• Conduct regular stress testing and scenario analysis to safeguard platform operations and client assets.
• Stay ahead of CySEC, ESMA, and EU regulatory updates, adapting internal procedures to mitigate emerging risks.

• What we’re looking for:Holder of the CySEC Advanced Certificate
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Risk Management, or a related field.
• +1 years of risk management experience within a CySEC-regulated Investment Firm (CIF).
• Knowledge of MIFID II, IFR/IFD, capital adequacy metrics, and operational risk frameworks.
• Fluency in English and Greek; advanced analytical capabilities, integrity, and strong communication skills to report at the Board level.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Limassol.
