Restaurant Manager – Ayia Napa at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Restaurant Manager – Ayia Napa.

Salary:

– €1,700–€2,000 gross per month

Employment type:

– Full-time

Work arrangement:

– On-site in Ayia Napa, Famagusta district

Main duties:

– Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth, consistent service.

– Lead, train and motivate front-of-house colleagues, including waiting, hosting and bar teams.

– Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams and manage reservations, floor plans and table rotation.

– Maintain high standards of guest care, cleanliness, safety and hygiene.

– Monitor stock, support ordering and control attendance, schedules, evaluations and daily sales reporting.

Requirements:

– Previous restaurant-management or senior front-of-house experience.

– Confident team leadership, training and shift-coordination skills.

– Excellent customer service and ability to resolve concerns promptly.

– Good understanding of inventory, sales reporting, hygiene and labour-compliance requirements.
