Well Club Hotel is looking for an experienced Reservations Manager to oversee the Reservations Department and ensure efficient management of room inventory, bookings and guest communication.

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and experience in hotel reservations.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing daily reservation operations.
• Supervising room inventory and availability.
• Coordinating with Front Office, Sales and Revenue teams.
• Monitoring online travel agencies and booking platforms.
• Handling group bookings and special requests.
• Preparing reservation reports.
• Ensuring excellent guest communication.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in hotel reservations.
• Experience with hotel PMS systems.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good Excel knowledge.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
