Job Description • Managing reservations across multiple booking channels, including Airbnb, Booking and direct bookings. • Handling guest inquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms in a professional and timely manner. • Coordinating arrivals, departures, check-ins and check-outs. • Monitoring availability, booking calendars and reservation accuracy across properties. • Processing booking modifications, cancellations and special guest requests. • Resolving guest issues efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience. • Maintaining accurate reservation records within the Property Management System (PMS). • Collaborating closely with housekeeping and operations teams to ensure properties are guest ready.
Candidate Profile • Previous experience in Reservations, Hospitality, Hotel Operations or Property Management. • Mandatory hands-on experience with online booking platforms and channel management systems, including Airbnb, Booking and Hosthub. • Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Channel Managers. • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken (additional languages will be considered an asset). • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple bookings simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and a proactive mindset. • Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
