On behalf of our client, a dynamic company based in Larnaca active in the field development, we are seeking a Receptionist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a pleasant personality who enjoys working in a professional office environment and supporting daily operations.

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • A friendly, professional, and well-presented individual
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with standard office software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
  • A positive attitude and willingness to assist with various administrative tasks

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct enquiries appropriately
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including filing and document handling
  • Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in a clean and tidy condition
  • Assist in coordinating appointments and meetings
