The Role As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering a warm and welcoming experience.
Your role will be essential in ensuring that our guests’ stays are seamless and memorable, reflecting the high standards of Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa.
What You’ll Do Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring their arrival experience is smooth and enjoyable Manage guest reservations and inquiries, both in person and via phone or email Provide information and assistance to guests about resort services, activities, and local attractions Handle check-out procedures efficiently, including billing and payment processing Maintain accurate guest records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with resort policies Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest requests are met promptly Address and resolve guest concerns or issues, escalating when necessary, to maintain high guest satisfaction Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-maintained always Discover Your Potential With Us At Angsana Corfu, every role has the opportunity to make an impact.
