Quotations Officer at Work Channel Recruitment Agency

Work Channel Professional Recruitment is working closely with a client and is seeking to recruit a Quotations Officer.

Our client is a well-established Cyprus-based company specialising in premium shading and outdoor shelter solutions. On be half of them we are currently seeking a Quotations Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and submission of company quotations, following up on submitted proposals, and providing customer support regarding quotations and confirmations.

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 08:00-16:30

Responsibilities

• Preparation of company quotations/proposals
• Sending quotations including technical specifications and images
• Following up with clients to confirm receipt of quotations
• Sending confirmation messages for approved quotations
• Coordinating confirmed quotations with the Production Department
• Filing and organising all submitted quotations

Requirements

• Excellent command of both Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
• Strong computer literacy, including proficient use of internet and email systems
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Team-oriented mindset

Desired Qualifications

Previous experience

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Economics, or a related field
