Abraj Developments is a leading company in the property development sector and we are now looking to expand our services. We are looking for a detail-oriented Property Management Coordinator to support our dynamic team.

Position Summary

The Property Management Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for daily administrative and operational tasks. You will communicate and assist property owners with building cleaning, maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Owner Communication: Serve as a friendly, professional contact for owner inquiries, maintenance requests, and repairs requests in regards to the buildings.

Maintenance & Work Orders: Process incoming maintenance requests, assign work orders to service technicians or vendors, and track them through to completion.

Administrative Support: Maintain digital and physical filing systems, vendor contracts, and owner requests.

Vendor Coordination: Schedule routine property inspections and ensure compliance with service agreements if applicable.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in property management, real estate administration, or customer service coordination.

Education: High school diploma required; a college degree in business or a related field is a plus.

Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal conflict-resolution skills.

Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks

Working Hours

Monday to Friday from 8am until 5pm.
