Product Manager Job Description Design proactive, below the line, targeted X-sell/Upsell campaigns, aiming to provide more benefits, maintain/grow customer revenue & improve customer satisfaction (NPS) Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis and continuously optimize tactics to improve effectiveness in achieving targets (CR, SR, Uplift, Revenues) Perform deep-dive analysis using analytical and statistical tools (primarily SPSS Modeller & PEGA) on very large, complex, multi-dimensional datasets Compile, maintain and deliver weekly/monthly reports and presentations Drive customer insights to meaningful actions
