Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for a Property Development Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate property development projects from design and planning through construction and handover.

• Monitor project programs, budgets, construction progress and key deliverables.

• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.

• Review drawings, specifications and project requirements and follow up on required approvals and permits.

• Monitor construction progress and identify delays, technical issues or project risks.

• Ensure that works are delivered in accordance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards and contractual requirements.

• Participate in project and site meetings and follow up on agreed actions.

• Work closely with Quantity Surveyors and the Construction team on budgets, variations, procurement and cost control.

• Provide regular project progress reports to Management.

• Support the successful completion, handover and close-out of development projects.

Candidate Profile

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or another relevant field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in property development, construction or project management.

• Good understanding of the property development and construction process.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.

• Strong project coordination, organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Very good knowledge of MS Office.

• Good command of Greek and English.

• Relevant professional membership or project management qualification will be considered an advantage.
