Main duties

• Manage daily operations at a ready-mix concrete plant.
• Plan production, lead teams and monitor performance, cost and quality targets.
• Drive health, safety and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Relevant engineering degree.
• At least 5 years of senior experience in ready-mix concrete production.
• Strong leadership, concrete-industry knowledge, and fluency in Greek and English.
