Main duties:

Manage procurement for an international school as part of the finance team, reporting to the Finance Director.
Build and continuously improve clear, efficient and transparent procurement processes aligned with policies and budgets.
Own the full purchasing cycle: source and compare quotations, negotiate terms, place orders and track deliveries.
Deliver cost savings without reducing quality or service.
Develop supplier and service-provider relationships and resolve performance issues.
Work with department heads to plan needs and deliver required goods and services on time.
Partner with Finance on budgets, monitoring, expense allocation and procurement commitments.
Maintain accurate orders, contracts, invoices and supporting records.
Report on spend, savings, budget use and supplier performance using procurement data.

Requirements:

Appointment is subject to reference and police checks.
At least three years of procurement or purchasing experience, ideally across the complete procurement cycle.
Hands-on working style, strong negotiation, commercial judgement and focus on value.
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to balance competing priorities.
Good knowledge of the Cyprus supplier market and confident online research and sourcing.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and fluent Greek and English.
Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work independently and collaboratively; a relevant degree is advantageous.
