Payroll Officer at Dart Recruitment

On behalf of our client, a prestigious luxury hotel in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an organized and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join its Finance team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records.
• Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions.
• Ensure compliance with Cyprus labour legislation, Social Insurance, PAYE, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with internal and external audits.
• Liaise with the Human Resources and Finance departments regarding new hires, resignations, payroll changes, and employee records.
• Reconcile payroll-related accounts and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.
• Respond to employee payroll-related queries professionally and confidentially.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll data and employee information.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Payroll Officer or in a similar payroll-related role.
• Good knowledge of Cyprus payroll procedures, labour legislation, and statutory requirements.
• Experience with payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent command of Greek and English.
• A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
