Payments Operations Manager at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Payments Operations Manager.

Salary:

– €36,000–48,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Employment type:

– Full-time management role.

Work arrangement:

– Based in Limassol.

Main duties:

– Manage the complete payments cycle and onboard or optimise payment gateways.

– Negotiate terms and contracts with processors and financial institutions.

– Design the flow-of-funds strategy and run reconciliations, settlements, refunds, disputes and chargebacks.

– Coordinate AML, KYC and PCI-DSS compliance with internal teams.

– Oversee cards, e-wallets and bank-transfer methods, provider performance and integrations.

– Track payment KPIs, resolve operational issues, maintain procedures and improve anti-fraud controls.

Requirements:

– At least three years in payments operations, preferably in fintech or financial services.

– Strong knowledge of gateways, chargebacks, compliance and multiple payment technologies.

– Commercial negotiation and external-partner management experience.

– Analytical accuracy, communication skills and ability to work at pace.

– Anti-fraud tools are advantageous; a relevant degree is preferred but not mandatory.
