Foreman – Site Supervisor at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Foreman – Site Supervisor.

Salary:

– €2,000–€2,500 gross monthly

Employment type:

– Full-time, permanent employment

Work arrangement:

– On-site work in Nicosia

Main duties:

– Coordinate and supervise daily site and project activities.

– Monitor progress and support orderly execution of construction projects.

– Coordinate contractors, suppliers, technicians and internal teams.

– Ensure work follows schedules and project requirements.

– Organise materials, equipment and site operations.

– Maintain communication between site personnel and management.

– Monitor compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.

– Prepare project-progress updates and reports and support final delivery.

Requirements:

– Previous construction, site-supervision or project-coordination experience is an advantage but not essential.

– Strong organisation and coordination skills with a practical, willing-to-learn mindset.

– Responsible and professional attitude.

– Ability to work effectively in a team and on construction sites.

– Good communication and fluency in Greek.

– EU citizenship is required.

Schedule:

– Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30 or 16:00.

– Saturday work may be required and is compensated separately.
