• Prepare and present pastry and dessert items.
• Support daily pastry kitchen operations.
• Maintain hygiene, quality and presentation standards.
• Work with the culinary team during service and preparation.

Requirements:

• Previous pastry kitchen experience.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food hygiene procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
