Office Administrator at Golden Careers Recruitment
Our client are producers in the heavy industry with a representative office in Limassol. They’re currently looking for a Office Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role excellent organizational skills and eager to learn and grow with the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Basic secretarial duties with very good /solid knowledge of word and excel
- Drafting letters, emails and relevant documents as required
- Providing administrative support to staff and management of the office
- Maintaining and organising office files
- Checking the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
- Accounting background with basic accounting principles would be considered an advantage
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office & Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Organized with commutation skills and a team player
- Flexible and willing to take up new challenges and opportunities
