Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit an Office Administrator on behalf of a well established company based in Limassol. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth administrative processes and contributing to an organized and professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily administrative and office support tasks
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
• Organize and maintain files, documents, and company records
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and external partners
• Monitor office supplies and support the general organization of the workplace
• Assist the team with reports and various administrative procedures
• Support the smooth day to day operation of the office
Candidate Profile
• Previous experience in an Office Administrator, Reception, or administrative support role will be considered an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a professional manner
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Responsible, detail oriented, and well organized personality
