Candidate Profile

  • Previous years of administrative support experience will count as bonus
  • Fluency in Greek and English languages – both verbal and written
  • Excellent knowledge of computers (MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel)
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and growth mindset
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and stay professional in a busy environment

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handling phone calls and emails
  • Managing company’s social media platforms and websites
  • Providing customer support and offer prompt assistance
  • Preparing and drafting offers, contracts, and agreements
