Position: MT4/MT5 Platform Administrator

Location: Nicosia

 

On behalf of our client, we are looking to hire an experienced MT4/MT5 Platform Administrator to join their team in Nicosia. This is a full-time position suited to a technically strong professional who can support the day-to-day stability, maintenance, and performance of MetaTrader trading environments. The successful candidate will be involved in the ongoing administration of MT4/MT5 servers and related trading infrastructure, ensuring reliable platform performance and providing support across both internal teams and external users.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and support MT4/MT5 trading servers and associated systems

·       Carry out ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and performance checks across the trading infrastructure

·       Investigate and resolve day-to-day technical issues affecting trading platforms and related IT operations

·       Work closely with third-party providers when required for support, maintenance, and issue resolution

·       Provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams in relation to platform-related matters

 

Requirements

·       Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another relevant field

·       Hands-on experience with MetaTrader 4 and/or MetaTrader 5 administration, including installation, setup, configuration, and support

·       Experience with Windows Server and Linux server administration

·       Knowledge of C++ will be considered an advantage

·       Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

·       Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal

·       Organised, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
