Missions Manager at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Missions Manager.

Salary:

– €1,800–€2,500 gross per month

Employment type:

– Full-time

Work arrangement:

– Based in Limassol with international coordination duties

Main duties:

– Manage international assignments from request through scheduling, reporting, invoicing and payment.

– Arrange travel, accommodation, transport, invitations, documents and equipment.

– Brief teams, monitor daily progress and close assignments after return.

– Maintain accurate CRM, cost, income, stock and confidential records.

Requirements:

– Strong coordination, organisation and follow-through.

– Confident English communication.

– Good Microsoft Office and CRM skills.

– Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive assignments.
