SQL Server Database Administrator at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for SQL Server Database Administrator.

Salary:

– €2,400–€4,000 gross per month

Employment type:

– Full-time

Work arrangement:

– Remote

Main duties:

– Operate production SQL Server environments serving international and regulated operations.

– Manage backups, restores, recovery testing, security, permissions, patching and upgrades.

– Diagnose query performance, blocking, deadlocks and indexing issues.

– Maintain monitoring, capacity planning, runbooks and operational documentation.

Requirements:

– Production experience as a SQL Server database administrator.

– Strong T-SQL, execution-plan and performance-troubleshooting skills.

– Ability to support multi-site operations and critical systems.

– Azure SQL knowledge is advantageous; English is required and Greek is useful.
