About the Role

We are looking for a commercially-driven professional to lead the growth of the Bang & Olufsen brand across our markets through marketing initiatives, and indirect sales channels.

Key responsibilities

Marketing & Lead Generation

Own and drive lead generation strategy across B2B & B2C segments
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (events, collaborations, PR)
Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns end-to-end
Monitor performance of marketing initiatives and optimize accordingly

Brand Management

Ensure consistent premium positioning of the B&O brand across all channels
Develop and localize communication strategies and content
Oversee marketing materials and brand assets

Market Intelligence

Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis
Provide insights and forecasts to support strategic decisions
Track trends in premium/luxury segment

Reporting & Coordination

Track KPIs across marketing, and lead generation
Manage budgets and report on ROI of initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors

Requirements

Experience in business development / marketing (2+ years)
Strong understanding of premium/luxury segment
Proven ability to launch and manage campaigns
Commercial mindset with focus on growth, not just execution
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to operate across functions (marketing + sales)
