On behalf of our client, a leading and well-established organization operating within the FMCG sector in Cyprus, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and drive the strategic development of a well-known portfolio of beverage brands.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially minded marketing professional who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping brand growth, leading high-impact marketing initiatives, and collaborating with both local and international stakeholders to strengthen market presence and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Planning

• Develop and lead the annual and long-term marketing strategy for the beverage portfolio

• Create and oversee the implementation of integrated marketing plans across traditional, digital, and experiential channels

• Identify market trends, consumer insights, competitive opportunities, and category growth drivers

• Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives, commercial objectives, and business priorities

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the category

Brand & Portfolio Management

• Lead the development and execution of brand strategies to strengthen market positioning and brand equity

• Ensure consistency of brand messaging and execution across all consumer touchpoints

• Monitor brand performance, market share, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment

• Identify opportunities for portfolio development, optimization, and innovation

• Maintain strong brand standards and execution excellence across all channels

Budget & Performance Management

• Manage and control the annual marketing budget for the category

• Monitor marketing investments and ensure efficient allocation of resources

• Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies

• Deliver performance reports and insights to senior management

Commercial & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives

• Support promotional activities, trade marketing programs, and key commercial projects

• Conduct regular market visits to evaluate execution standards and identify growth opportunities

• Contribute to the development of channel-specific strategies and customer engagement initiatives

International Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary contact for international brand owners and strategic partners

• Coordinate and host partner visits, business reviews, and planning meetings

• Present brand performance, strategic initiatives, and future plans at local and international meetings

• Ensure effective communication and alignment with global brand objectives

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop members of the marketing team

• Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and support professional growth

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement

• Promote best practices in brand management and marketing excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or category management

• Proven track record of managing brands and delivering successful marketing campaigns

• Previous experience within FMCG, consumer goods, beverages, or a related industry will be considered a strong advantage

• Experience leading teams, coaching employees, or managing direct reports will be considered an advantage

• Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent execution capabilities

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent knowledge of Greek and English, both written and spoken

• Strong analytical and commercial acumen

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• High level of organization, attention to detail, and accountability

• Creative, proactive, and results-driven mindset
