MARKETING & CONTENT EXECUTIVE at Mayfair Hotels Ltd

Mayfair Hotels, a family-owned hospitality business established in 1983, is seeking a Marketing & Content Executive to join its Sales & Marketing team in Paphos.

With authentic hospitality at the heart of our vision, we are looking for a creative and organised individual with a passion for social media, content and storytelling. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director and E-commerce Manager, you will transform ideas, strategies and campaigns, and into quality, on-brand content that will strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage our social media accounts, including planning, scheduling and publishing.

· Maintain an active, engaging and consistent brand presence across our digital platforms.

· Content creation and management for our digital and in-house marketing activities.

· Execute approved marketing campaigns and seasonal promotion activities.

· Coordinate with external content creators, helping organise hotel visits, prepare briefs and provide feedback following our branding guidelines.

Qualifications

·  Strong interest in social media, digital content and hospitality marketing.

·  A good eye for visuals, branding and storytelling.

·  Ability to create and adapt graphics and short videos. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite will be considered an advantage.

· Familiarity with social media platforms, publishing tools and content trends.

·  Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach.

·  Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

·  Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

· Previous experience with hospitality or lifestyle brands will be considered an advantage.
